Who am I?  Like you, I am someone that spent a lot of time looking for that elusive thing that would make me happy.  I had a high-powered career, a great income, the material trappings of success, but I wasn't happy.   It wasn't until I faced a health crisis that I knew it was time to get serious about my future, and build a life filled with meaning, purpose and joy.

 

It took some work and self-exploration, but I realized that what makes me happy is helping other people build and live their best lives.   For me, coaching is the most natural expression of my purpose in life.

 

I work with people in transition, those who have chosen to make a change, and those who have had a change thrust upon them.  The one thing I know for certain is that change happens to all of us, and that through it we grow, we learn, and we triumph.

 

You may know exactly the change you wish you to make, or you may know you need a change, but feel that you don’t know what it should be.  Either way, if you are committed to making a transition into your best life, I am here to support you through it.
